AUThey withdrew money without my permission Last year, I bought a domain for $18.20 on May 13, 2023. This year, they withdrew $121.83 from my card without my permission. When I talked to customer service, they said that this was automatic renewal and we cannot refund this money. If it was a renewal, I don't understand why they withdrew $121.83 instead of $18.20 again. And they said they would not refund it. I will complain about this wherever necessary. They took my money without my permission. I want my money back.

GBA chat experience that I didn’t hate I hate not being able to speak with someone on the phone… but we all see the future in chat and sometimes that’s scary, but not what th this experience. Chat bots are the worst, I could tell I had someone behind the screen (if it’s a chat bot please don’t tell me). Very helpful and expedient, didn’t ask dumb questions that I’ve already tried… good chat experience.
