They deducted $20 from the quote after assessing the phone because of dinged side, but when I pointed out this is contrary to their policy, they reversed and paid me the full quoted price. I was a bit leery at first because I had never heard of this company but they turned out to be very reliable, reputable & honest. My PayPal account was new so they put a hold on the payment that could have lasted 21 days unless the other party confirmed delivery.
