Perfect transaction for selling my iPhone. Perfect transaction. The best price for my iPhone and more importantly very responsive to email within hours and you receive step by step updates. Would recommend without any reservations.

Highly Recommended!! Blue Blazer offered the best price for my iphone of all the companies that I checked. Inspection and payment happened on the same day. The transaction couldn't have been quicker. Couldn't be happier!!!

Not the best experience, won’t be sending my phone in The Good: This site offers a considerably higher price quote than its competitors- at least for iPhones. The Bad: In my experience with Michael, the president or owner (I forgot which), he alluded that the quote for my iPhone XS (valid for 15 days) would not be honored because of the recent launch of the new iPhone 11. He worded it as “these are different times” The Ugly: I responded with “Isn’t that the point of locking in a quote?” And since then the responses have stopped. Overall: in my experience, Michael was not rude or anything, in fact very polite. But as a business, To even remotely allude that you don’t honor the quotes provided for the specified time just doesn’t seem really professional. Notwithstanding, This may only be an issue for people who intend to sell their phones around a time when that phone’s value could be compromised by a newer versions release date (which defeats the point of trading in phones (locking in a quote) before getting the newer version... Next time I’m going to Reddit to see what others would do in my situation.

Not who I want to do business with My phone was returned to me because they were away on a holiday. While they noted this on their website, their PO box got too full. They sent another shipping label - no big deal. The issue then came with my offer - apparently the 3 weeks it took for my phone to send there, back, and there again, they decided to drop my offer by 100$ because the new iPhone was about to come out. They handled this very unprofessionally, and I do not recommend doing business with them.

A pleasure to deal with Very smooth dealing, instructions are clear, email support throughout the whole process. I especially liked that I was informed of their receipt of my phone within hours, so I don’t have to track it down. Would highly recommend if their price is competitive.
