I was a bit leery at first because I had never heard of this company but they turned out to be very reliable, reputable & honest. They sent a postage paid label to send my phone to them and promptly deposited funds into my PayPal account upon receipt of my phone. I would definitely deal with this company again. No complaints from this customer.

Not who I want to do business with My phone was returned to me because they were away on a holiday. While they noted this on their website, their PO box got too full. They sent another shipping label - no big deal. The issue then came with my offer - apparently the 3 weeks it took for my phone to send there, back, and there again, they decided to drop my offer by 100$ because the new iPhone was about to come out. They handled this very unprofessionally, and I do not recommend doing business with them.

They deducted $20 from the quote after assessing the phone because of dinged side, but when I pointed out this is contrary to their policy, they reversed and paid me the full quoted price.
