Loved the steamer and products Loved the steamer and products, but was told to buy a certain generator “Honda 9000w” to power it up and the steamer did not perform properly. Took 40mins to heat up, and every time I used the extractor the steamer would turn off. So, I sold the generator and bought a 16,000w generator and the same issue was happening. Next time I buy a steamer it’ll be one of the Diesal hybrid models to avoid the generator issue.

Service has always been prompt since… Service has always been prompt since our very first phone call and every conversation in between even up to final delivery. Highly informative staff and staff educated me on all equipment and answered all my questions in depth.

Once our order was made, we received a call (next day) to confirm the order and make sure we did not need additional equipment. Our order was received timely, and it even had some other goodies that we were not expecting (hat, sweat band, etc.) In our opinion the customer service has been top notch. Not setting realistic expectations as… Not setting realistic expectations as to what is coming with equipment or what you would need to separately! It happened twice! I ordered anyway. I lost business thinking that I could do a job but I didn't know what was needed to do the job. I told this company what I needed to use it for with no real assistance!
