SCAMMERS We ordered an item, it didn't work correctly and I contacted them about sending it back. They asked for photos, I sent them. They sent me a shipping label to return it. I sent it back to them using the label from them by USPS. I received the item back by USPS showing it could not be delivered to the address given. I contacted them again and all they would say is "we're checking on it". I cannot get them to respond to emails or answer the phone. It's been 10 months and still out $70 plus and with no help from BBB or the Illinois Attorney General Office.
