GBFor the last two 2 days I have been… For the last two 2 days I have been asking the company to please fix the dryer. The first repair guy who came out approx 3 weeks ago did not fix it. My daughter was given excuses and a run around when she handled it, that's why I got involved. I am a trucker off the road right now and need my clothes dryed properly. This is wednesday, May 4, and I contacted the company telephonically and via message. They said a rep would call me back by noon PST on Tuesday May 3. No phone call. Late in the afternoon I called on Tuesday and left a message and lady said someone would call me in the morning. No phone call yet. When I just typed a message, William respoded when I typed "Am I going to cancel today or get my dryer fixed?" He typed, "there is no need for threats." I am retired law enforcement with 22 years of service working in Los Angeles. I know how threaten someone if need be. These guys must all be high school dropouts. Most unprofessional company ever.

GBIf You Like Chat...Sold Out The only way to communicate is chat but they are there unlike others. I live near Houston. They don't know the inventory until it's sold out. I was chatting over a two day period and had two requests. I needed a 2nd rinse option and a top load washer with a spindle like the premium washer in the pictures provided. For the customer, there was no way to check inventory and no way to choose any one brand. Maintenance is included but then there is a 6.99 charge for protection or the renter takes full responsibility for the machine. They deliver, setup and remove and maintenance is included so why the 6.99? Again, only having a body chatting that has no knowledge of anything doesn't help at all. I gave my name and email and was told someone would reach me ASAP. It never happened. Today, I asked again and was told Houston Texas is sold out of everything until December. What a waste of time.
