The product sale has a hidden membership agenda which locks you into an ongoing monthly subscription for ~$130 per month. When trying to cancel the membership or obtain a refund, customer service refuses and hangs up. The company shows an address in Florida and is NOT registered to do business in Florida. There is a DE company which according to their terms of agreement is called Sweetwater Holdings Group Inc. In addition, all website they utilitze under Ignite Keto are blocked. However, there is a site called Assure Labs which has the same contact information. Unfortunately, they promote a 100% satisfaction guarantee but when I asked for them to uphold the guarantee, the refused, denied and hung up. A total scam!!
