Great price, no trouble I bought a Sony RX10 mark ii from Gadget Circuit because it was the lowest price online I could find that looked like a reputable source (aka, when I googled the name and looked for customer reviews, they were decent)... The camera arrived quickly and fully functional. I was a little concerned when it arrived because the it seemed like the Sony packaging may have been opened before, but everything was included and brand new, so I can't really complain. The bottom line: I saved $200. That's a win in my book :)

Misleading I specifically asked customer service if the camera model I was purchasing was the U.S. model and they told me the accurate model number is listed on the site. I double checked and the model number listed was indeed the U.S. model. However, I ended up receiving a Japanese model, which means there is no manufacturer warranty. It was also missing the user guide and did not include a bill of sale or receipt of any kind. Returning the item has proven to be a difficult task. I would NOT recommend this vendor unless you are willing to take the risk of getting Grey Market items.

Customer service Customer service / phone availability hours were too short. My order took two business days to process. Thus I missed my window of opportunity to use the camera I'd ordered (for a business trip). On the plus side, once I did get ahold of customer service, I was treated well, and was able to cancel my order and save the overnight shipping charges that I no longer needed.

Best Price - Faster Shipping Than Expected - Suspicious Web Design This is my first purchase from Gadget Circuit and I was worried it wouldn't turn out well simply because I had never heard of their business and their website design didn't seem very legitimate. I'm completely satisfied. I ended up purchasing from them because they had the best price online and included free shipping. Shipping was estimated between 5-7 business days. I placed my order on Saturday, it was shipped on Monday and arrived on Thursday. What's not to love?
