The 2 delivery guys great The 2 delivery guys where kind, matter of fact, practiced safety and obviously used their training precisely. They were trustworthy and were aware of all possible points of where damage could occur without exercising extreme caution not just to the frig being delivered but our home. Thanks Gentlemen!

Great Delivery and Set up of new refrigerator John and Trinidad were courteous to me and respectful of my home. They were careful to wear boots over their shoes and not damage my home (walls) when moving the old refrigerator and the new one. They put the new refrigerator together including adding left hinge and cleaned up all packaging. They were responsive to my questions! Great experience!! Called before early delivery due to cancellation.

The two men who delivered and installed… The two men who delivered and installed our new stove were AMAZING! They were professional, and personable, took great care to ensure no damage to our floors, and were very meticulous about the installation. They cleaned up after themselves and even gave us a 15% credit after noticing a small ding (that I wouldn't have even noticed) in the unit. They definitely went above and beyond what I was expecting!

Can always rely on Abt The delivery team from Abt was courteous, professional, and provided lots of information about our new appliances while on site to ensure we had no further questions. We are on the third floor of a building with no elevator, so it was NOT an easy delivery getting appliances up and down the stairs - but all went smoothly. Love this company and will shop here again!

They have absolutely terrible customer… They have absolutely terrible customer service or it could be that they saw my ethnic name and that’s why they were so cruel to me. Either way I am never doing business with them again. I was not even given the 24hrs to respond as it stated in the email they just canceled it. It’s actually very disappointing. The same way they are telling me why negative feelings were triggered as if they understand my disposition, they don’t pick up when you call they tell you to leave your name in the order number and they will call me in the order of the message. Yet rather than do as they say they canceled the order. Terrible treatment, they told me to call within 24 hrs, I did, and I was never given a chance to speak with anyone, absolutely horrible.
