GBGood overall Trade in was easy, straight forward and quick. Buying was a great experience, gave me lots of options. The only complaint I have was the glass screen protector I purchased, was put on crooked. I didn't notice it until a couple of days later.

GBGreat experience. Didn't really have specific model in mind as I was just looking to upgrade a phone for my second line. TechTwice showed me phones and prices that were available. The one I ended up choosing was graded acceptable but to me it's more like in very good condition for a used phone. Because it's graded in acceptable condition, the price was also fantastic. Will recommend TechTwice to my family and friends who are looking for the next best thing with affordable price.
