Great experience Ordered a replacement battery for my old Macbook Air which was not holding a charge. Cost was $72 vs over $100 elsewhere. Package arrived earlier than expected, and even included the tools needed, which was a nice surprise. Worked perfectly.

No way to run a business Placed my order after speaking with an agent on the phone, then received a phone call needing some sort of verification a week later. Tried calling them back on multiple occasions on their 800 number and the number they used to leave me a voice mail. Calls never got beyond leaving a message, and my calls were never returned. The company cancelled the order since I did not verify whatever with them. HUGE waste of time. Same item on Amazon for less

Good Deal! Arrived here very fast. I like the deal with BestBatt.com. Canon's original batteries are so expensive and I would have had to pay for tax.

On July 5th BestBatt gave me a complete shipping fee refund and comfirmation that item was shipped on July 5th. One week later,July 12th,have not received parcel and USPS trackig number still shows pre-shipment status. Please look at this : LZ133431730US Update! July 26 Tth and still not have received my order.
