GBExtremely slow processing Extremely slow processing. $3,000 were pulled out of my credit card 3 days ago (within seconds of ordering), but product hasn’t shipped yet and nobody in their chat team can tell me when it will ship. The company can not be reached via phone. Left voicemails are not being returned. Same with emails to their support mailbox. Very frustrating experience. Update Feb 27, The product arrived, but is missing some features, but Enigwatch is now very active in communication and supportive in finding a solution, thereore updating from 1 to 3 stars until resolved.
