Poor customer service Customer service was awful. I placed my order on Friday at 12 pm, and it was confirmed. I paid for expedite delivery as I was in a rush to receive it. I waited for it and on Monday I received an email that my order was canceled. I understand that they couldn’t deliver next day as it was Saturday, however why would they confirm an order on Friday and made me wait two days in order for them to cancel? Why they couldn’t send a cancellation email on Friday. In any case, I got issues with the whole situation. Wish their customer service was more professional.

Best price Volatus had the best price on the Dronetag Beacon. However, they were slow to update their webpage regarding a lengthy delay in their receipt of this 'high-demand' item so "fast shipping" expectation was not met. A little more care could have been taken with the packaging as well. On the plus-side, customer service responded quickly and professionally to all e-mail inquires.
