It is now 3/28/24 and I have several emails back and forth regarding the issue for not receiving the full refund. I started calling weekly and keep getting the same response of "billing will get back with you in 24-48 hours." No one gets back to to me. I have never experienced such poor customer service or the fact it is taking 4 months for what should be a simple refund. If you want a to waste your time and lose money, order from this company.
