I cannot access shipment tracking … I cannot access shipment tracking without setting up an account, which I do not care to do. It is very frustrating that I don't have my order yet, which I ordered over a week ago, and don't know if it's even shipped yet!!!

Return Issues I order 2 products, both showed correct on my order form but I received the wrong item when it came. I have been unable to contact anyone to return the incorrect product for the correct one since.

Good, not great!! Overall, I’ve had a decent experience with Clinical Nutrition Center. I would have given them a five star rating if it wasn’t for my last order that wasn’t fulfilled in a timely fashion. I had to call them to enquire why my order had not been shipped even though it had been four days since I placed it.

Not happy I ordered on May 27th and paid for 3-5 day shipping. I just received an email today (June 4th) saying my “Order Status Has Changed” that it is “Awaiting Fulfillment” and that it doesn’t have “Tracking Numbers yet because it has not shipped”. What? It has been over a week and they are just now processing the order.

Trustworthy business with fantastic prices. This place is fantastic. At first I wasn't sure of their legitimacy simply because I had never heard of them before and their prices were much lower than any other supplement retailer in the online marketplace. I received my order no problem in a timely manner. I also love that this is a christian based business that provides quality products at lower prices. I would definitely recommend them.
