Misleading photos I ordered a case for my husband and for me for our Moto G Stylus phones. The item was Rubberized Hybrid Shock Absorption Protective Case With Rotatable Ring Stand. His, the blue was as pictured, but my green arrived TOTALLY different. The photo showed a sharp metallic green and it ended up being hospital gown mint. Yes, I had the option to return it, but it would have cost almost the amount of the case to pay for shipping. Because I had a coupon, I was offered another case up to $5.49, but my only two options were cheap blue or clear cases. UGH!

No Customer Service Ordered May 14, still have not received package. Was sent UPS through Mail Innovations. USPS and UPS both claim other has it but can’t investigate except through sender. No phone number available for cellular outfitters but they want you to contact them through text. Phone number disconnected, how do you text? Lesson learned. Arrived June 8.

Unable to communicate directly Unable to communicate directly. In order to get "chat" support you must pay $$ first before being put in contact with a live chat representative. Big concern is that I opened acct with my data several months ago. At checkout my husband's gmail + AMEX number auto-populates acct and I'm unable to change it. Cancelled order, deleted account. Will shop elsewhere, somewhere I trust.

split shipment Although I did receive all the items I ordered, they were shipped in two separate shipments. This seems to be more expensive than all at once, but more importantly, there should have been some explanation, or at least some sort of notice. Maybe have labels printed that say, "First of two shipments", or "Partial shipment, remainder to follow". Had you asked for a review right after the first shipment, I would have given you, "One star, minus five stars!"

Great Company I have used Cellular Outfitters for several years to purchase covers for mine and my husband's cell phones. Ordering is easy, prices are excellent, and quality is great! Everything I have purchased comes in a timely manner and is as described. Will continue doing business with them.
