No suggestion that product will actually ship, rude staff. After advertising "in stock and ships immediately." I was told it would ship in 21 days. When I called two weeks later they said 28 days. Customer service persons were rude and their timelines didn't make a lot of sense. Other online review suggest that this may be part of their practice and they they never actually ship the product unless you agree to add-ons at a higher price. Look at all of the other reviews on this website. All discuss the check-out process but not actual delivery of the product. Avoid at all costs, the price is too good to be true.

Great prices and service. I have ordered from East Coast TVs a couple of times now. Their prices are excellent and they also provide great service. I remember with my first order, it was a gift for my mom, so the address didn't match; but, they called to check everything out and got it to her, which was very much appreciated since they were concerned about credit card fraud. Of course, the item arrived and everything was great. That was a receiver and I've just ordered a new receiver for myself from them -- best price ever, too.

I ordered a grill and cover from here … I ordered a grill and cover from here on July 3 and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. Grill eventually arrived late but on August 14 I'm still waiting for the cover and my grill is getting damaged in the yard. I've called multiple times to speak to the exceptionally rude customer service and been lied to on an almost weekly basis as they continue to say "the cover was being on backorder but being shipped out today". When I say that's what they told me the last time they just say they can't help me and don't know who told me that last time. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. Rude, late and unprofessional

I don't think I will win the new TV … I don't think I will win the new TV, as I never win anything, but I will say that my expierance with East Coast TV from the day it was ordered until the day it was delivered was just like they stated. It had all the accessories I ordered and it arrived the day it was supposed to. The white glove delivery was perfect and all trash hauled off. I can't Thank East Coast TV enough for such a delightful professional expierance in purchasing, delivery and set up of my 73" DLP Mitsubishi Home Cinema.

Easy ordering I have read mixed reviews about their customer service if there is a problem with a product, but their prices and selection are great and the purchase was very easy. Free shipping is great (and how it should be these days).
