But no response to email or request for refund, or live chat. I'll gladly remove negative review, when i see a refund. Red light battery suddenly stopped responding to charge. Original battery still functional.

GBThe battery only gives me an hour and… The battery only gives me an hour and 15 minutes. The old one I replaced was giving me just under an hour. Not much of an increase and no where near the life of the original battery when the laptop was new.

AUI was hesitant to use an overseas… I was hesitant to use an overseas company, but I gave them a try as their prices were very good. I was very impressed with with the speed of dispatch and delivery. Tracking number was provided and legitimate. The packaging was the most professional I've ever seen. I've only used the battery to charge, discharge and recharge for one cycle but it appears to be of good quality.
