GBNo Follow up on use of MitoTrans. I called Biotivia before ordering mostly to ask questions about the delivery. I was curious why the shipping was $47. I was told it was temperature sensitive. I go the impression I was was going to be an early adopter of a new product offering in 2014 of NAD+ sold as MitoTrans. I ordered 2 months months supply for a total of $1000. Not a cheap price for me but I wanted to try it. I Did receive the package promptly. It came in a foam box with ice pack. The printed material that came with the order was very unprofessional and unimpressive. It looked like research notes. I followed the directions for using it and It didn't work. I didn't feel any better. I then Found the same product sold by other vendors for less than 50 dollars without the fancy packaging. I felt duped. No one at Biotivia ever asked me for customer feed back.

ITA very long time to receive the products I chose Biotivia because it shipped from UE, so the delivery was, in the past, very fast and with no custom problems. Npw Biotivia ships from wherever is suitable for them, most often from the USA. My last order took more than 2 months, almost 3, to be delivered. The package was stuckat the custom and I had to pay a surplus of almost 100 euros. With these conditions, I am not going to use Biotivia anymore.

GBDifficult to communicate with I love the products but find the company difficult to communicate with. Calls are not responded to. That doesn't work well in today's market.
