Great Customer Service I bought a Ghostek Cloak phone casing that came with a free screen protector. The casing was fabulous but the screen protector was incomplete, hence just out of curiosity I emailed to clarify. Guess what? I got a screen protector especially sent to me. I am very glad that they have such fantastic service!

This is my second review This is my second review, therefore 5 plus 5 equals 10. Stars, that is. I've read some of the negative reviews that others have made and I'm completely baffled as to what these people are saying...negatively, that is. I've been a Uviyo customer for both of my Samsungs: the S7 and S8. They're both touted as waterproof and, guess what? They ARE! I once tripped on a marina dock and fell into the water. And while I was a bit embarrassed, my S7 wasn't affected one iota. This past Monday, I had finished a day of fishing, loaded up my car, and then the sky opened up here in South Florida and my fishing buddy and I were soaked to the skin. BUT, my Nautical Uviyo was as dry as the Mojave desert. Your cases are solid because I have a habit of dropping mine at least once a week, and they bounce back without a hint of a problem. Finally, every time I've reached out to Uviyo, they're always there for me. Once again, people who read reviews: Some customers are not satisfied and some, like myself, consider your product and your customer support great.

Great Product. Great Support. Great Experience! Here's my experience buying in UVIYO. I bought a SoDrop2 Headphones and i got super unlucky as i got a factory defected one which i understand happens to every other company. I quickly contacted their support and explained the issue and boom! they sent me a new fresh SoDrop2. The greatest thing about this is that they didn't bother me to mail the previous item that really saved me a lot of time because i'm from far South East Asia! Amazing case for my iphone 7 I love that I can see my actual iphone 7 instead of just the case. Now I have found the perfect case. It has the aluminum border to add a sleek feature to the phone. As always Uviyo provides a great case to protect phone against my natural ability to drop the thing numerous times. Lol. It's also very functional without being too bulky and doesn't effect the picture quality like some cases do that have the opening too close to the camera. Great case and Great service!

Horrible Customer Service I ordered a phone case from this company and they failed to make it evident that this case was not available or in stock. I waited for about a week and a half with no case and no tracking for the shipment. I emailed the company (because there is no phone contact I could easily find) and the representative was not helpful or kind in any way. The phone was not even packaged for shipment until I called, and because of the long delay I had them refund the money and bought the case for a better price from another company. Do not mess with this company!
