I ordered a wi-fi / bluetooth component for my Xbox One X, item was affordable (even more affordable than Chinese competitors!). Item arrived super quick and was well packaged. I will be shopping here FIRST for my repair needs in the future...keep up the great work!

Defective Merchandise, Partial Refund! Ordered/received a smartphone camera lens assembly found to have micro scratches on camera lens. I returned defective part but this company only refunded cost of part itself, not the shipping fees nor the cost for return postage. I have never in my life, experienced such a blatant rip-off by an online retailer that would not provide a full refund, including shipping costs for defective merchandise. I intend to post this on FB and as well and made permanent note in my cell phone to never deal with Repairs Universe, nor their apparent supplier "Fixez.com".

I ordered a screen replacement for my pixel and a replacement kit, when package arrived it was the wrong one screen and there was NO kit. I didn't even take the screen out of its package as it was obviously too small. When I returned it they refused to refund me sending some super super close up picture saying it had been damaged which is not true because it hadn't left the package and then had the audacity to say that they checked and that the weight of the package sent showed they sent the replacement kit. They basically stole my money and lied. A dishonest non trustworthy business. Go with ifixit instead a much much better choice than this company.

Bought a s21+ oled screen t Got a s21+ oled screen that no matter how much I factory reset or reinstalled parts it wouldn't function properly. So now I'm stuck with a piece of crap property because they want me to pay shipping to return it and onto of that charge restock fee. Had a professional take a look and the original parts malfunction when put with the replacement. Can't take pictures and some apps won't open or function. Finally got Sim card to be read.
