Legit, had doubts at first. Quick service, satisfied! Unlocked two phones, iPhone 4S and iPhone 4. Unlocks were delivered within 3-5 business days and service is very quick. I removed the AT&T SIM and replaced the SIM with T-Mobile however it still showed as No Service. You have to connect the phone to the internet, then just plug the phone in and have iTunes recognize it in order for the unlock to finalize. After that update your carrier settings. Amazing and will always do business with them for every AT&T iPhone unlock.

Took slightly longer than expected, customer service was very responsive My first order was for an in-contract check, which is supposed to take 1-24h, but went a little over. I contacted support twice, both times outside of work hours, and got a reply within hours (even on a Sunday). I just submitted an in-contract unlock request, we'll see how that goes... So far, so good :-)

Website text needs proofreading, but service provided was more than satisfactory I availed of their "iPhone 3/3GS/4/4S/5 Unlock Out of Contract" offer on March 17, and my iPhone 4 was unlocked on March 24, 7 days later or 5 working days later. A satisfied customer here! Some parts of their website need English proofreading though. Still waiting... Was told that my unlock will be delivered to me in 1-5 days a month ago but still no unlock. Every email inquiry sent was replied with an automated message saying they're still working on it. I would try another company before trying this one for unlocks.
