I found this company online I found this company online, was skeptical at first. So far lucky for me. Turn out the shipping is fast. 21700 battery is brand new and good quality. Will buy again.

Batteries nicely packed. Batteries nicely packed in individual little boxes. They had not been charged for a while though. All were about 3.5 volts. Really quite dead. I have always read that LiNiMnCoO2 chemistry cells should be stored at about 40% SoC or about 3.65 to 3.7V. Perhaps in long term storage the voltage range is lower. Some air shipment rules also specify lower SoC. I'll give them a full charge, and run a discharge test. Thanks for the good service.

Unhappy first time customer. I purchased a Efest Luc v8 from M&A BD Electronics and in just a few weeks multiple bays stopped charging and if they did charge it would dangerously over charge the batteries. I contacted them for a replacement and all they've done is pass me off to the Efest company. After contacting Efest I was told that M&A BD Electronics should have replaced the faulty charger per warranty and contacted them for reimbursement. It's been 2 weeks of sending emails and videos to M&A BD Electronics per there request. Now they have completely stopped all contact with me. I paid good money for a expensive Efest charger to a company that doesn't care about the customer. All they care about is collecting your money and moving on to the next sell. Stay far away from M&A BD Electronics.
