GBFinally feel safe I live by myself and after work I like to go for a walk. I feel safer walking alone in the evenings especially being a female. I’m more focused on my walk and less worried about a threat.

GBThe concept of a personal alarm is…Not Loud Enough The concept of a personal alarm is great, but I was disappointed with the level of sound made by the Hootie. The sound level may be enough to attract attention of someone nearby, but it is not so annoying as to scare off an assailant.

GB2 Good - 1 Bad - buyer beware I ordered 3 of these. One started going off randomly after a few months. The return policy is a short window. I've asked for a reconsideration and a refund or replacement. We'll see what happens.
