False advertising Their website said products i ordered had NO Fillers, in other ingredients! When the products arrived months later, the label said Dextrose and Maltodextrin in other ingredients. Requested to send the products back but they dont cover shipping cost to return!!! If the website matched the actual product labels i never would have ordered! just another scam!

Terrible customer service Sent me a reminder to review my upcoming subscription deleivery. I clicked on the link and skipped the delivery within a few minutes of them sending me the reminder. I still hadn’t even yet opened my last package. Got charged for it anyways. Was told i never skipped which is not true. Then told I’d have to do all the work to fix their mistake. Never again will you get any of my money. Terrible customer service

I Brought NAC Capsules from Bulk… I Brought NAC Capsules from Bulk Supplements.com the 360 size and lots of the capsules are busted open and empty and they look kind of old. I emailed the company and they emailed me back and said someone would get back to me and I haven't heard anything as I write this. From here on out I'll never buy from this company again.

They sent me the wrong product wouldn't send me the correct one They sent me the wrong product and wouldn't send me the correct product when I asked them to. They gave me a partial refund but its not enough to order the product I initially wanted. Waste of money and time. I ordered several items to get free shipping. But now If I want to get the right product I will have to pay 15 dollars in shipping to get the product they messed up.

Poor Quality Bags I ordered several bags of product. All have suffered failure of the ziplock: all zips have detached from the bag. You would think they would be interested in receiving feedback: no. They have failed to acknowledge emails in this regard.
