CAAwful Customer Service Wasn't impressed they added the shakes onto my order without my consent. I emailed them immediately to remove the charge from my cc. They ignored my request and shipped the shakes, made me return shakes ($55 shipping) - after 2 months of fighting for the credit I finally got one but less $50 (they said the shipping was refundable. Would never recommend this company to anyone!!

GBSCAM Ordered in August. Very careful not to sign up for subscription, but November 7th a 309.00 charge to my card for auto subscription. Today makes the eighth phone call to get a refund. Never received the product to be able to return merchandise. SCAM!!!! They blame UPS and UPS blames them 23 days trying to get a refund. Update was told today I can’t get a refund until I return the product that they know because UPS has confirmed I never received.

GBGreat Customer Service and Good Information I bought the online version and received emails to set up my "onboarding" session. After waiting two times with no phone call, I decided to ask for a refund, I called the number on my email confirmation and received great customer service and my refund. While I was waiting for Nick to process my refund, I read some of the blog on the website. There is good information there, worth a read. If I feel I need a coach, I may try again.

GBSo far, so good So far, so good. Yes, of course, there was an upsell - they are a business after all. But I limited what I purchased to what I actually want and am excited to get started. From what I have seen so far this is exactly what they said it would be - a healthy meal plan, exercise, an optional Facebook community to join if I want, videos and support if I ever have questions (or feel a desire to spend more money!) I feel quite hopeful that this investment in my health will help me stay motivated. I'm excited!
