GBScammers Scammers. I signed up for a SIM card for my kid's xplora watch. Now I can't cancel the subscription. Customer service doesn't respond. Nowhere on the confusing web of various webpages is there an option to cancel: scam!

ESNever again. Worst customer service and useless watch If you’d like a watch for your children to see where they are when they are out, go elsewhere. The watch always takes ages to show the live location, by the time it refreshes, the location is already dated. This morning the location is showing my child 400 kms away!!! Note to Xplora: please don’t bother replying to this review telling me how I can report the lack of accuracy… I know that too. The customer service will take longer than a week to get back to you and when they do they refer you to their website for their Frequent Q&A. Really? Absolutely impossible to use phone or live chat, unless live chat with their bolt. NEVER AGAIN!!!

GBExcellent watch Excellent watch, my daughter is over the moon with it. It’s smart and practical. I can put it on school mode all day, which turns off at pick up time. We have a meeting spot after school but this gives me the peace of mind that we can call each other if needed. It’s great for bridging the gap between having some freedom but still having that extra security and peace of mind. Super product.

GBI got this for my son who’s out all the… I got this for my son who’s out all the time and wants more independence so with this handy watch I can track him with and have a peace of mind at the same time as him enjoying himself it’s user friendly and has games and allsorts on it which he loves

DEworst customer experience ever Unfortunately there is no way to give 0 stars. Absolute worst customer experience ever. No one gets back to you, the watch needed to be replaced three times and we waited weeks and months for it without getting any reply. Never again. 0/10.
