The website showed the exact one I needed and then when the tv arrived it was completely different from the pictures on the website. I wanted an exchange of the tv with the one I ordered but I never received a response from you guys pertaining to the problem. I called 4 times, no response. Then I emailed you guys twice and still haven't heard anything. If this issue doesn't get resolved, I will probably never buy from you guys again.
