GBZERO Customer Service I’ve had a similar experience as others noted here. I placed my order. No update for weeks. No response to my email. Finally the company provides a tracking number of which they don’t actually provide the items to the shipper for over a week. I’m still waiting and still receiving no reply/update. They have great products, but terribl service. This is the last time I buy from them. I’ve seen comparable items on Amazon that cost less and I know will be received.

GBI ordered a TRX sweat on the 25th March… I ordered a TRX sweat on the 25th March from the uk branch, I then waited 6 days and had heard nothing. So I simply enquired where it might be, or on its way. Only to now be told they have sold out. Selling out (these things happen) but if I had not contacted them, I doubt they would have contacted myself. There was the lame excuse of a technical issue and this being the reason for them still advertising even though demand was clearly greater than their supply. At this point in the current climate you will be pushed to get this product from anywhere, it is just disappointing that the main supplier, cant get their act together.

GBTRX Training doesn't care about its customers Despite the product receiving great reviews this company does not care about its customers, nor how it is perceived. Order placed, not shipped, no updates, no means to speak to a human and find out the reason for the delay. Consistent bad feedback, no improvement or evidence of intent. Whoever runs this company doesn't care what customers think.

GBThis company has the WORST ETHICS… This company has the WORST ETHICS EVER!!!! if you try to sell the product you DID NOT USE on EBay or Mercari or any other site, they will instantly report you as a fraudulent, counterfeit product and have you removed without any recourse. This happened to me several times, even though I was selling a brand new item that was still in a sealed box because it was a gift. They are despicable.

GBI understand that due to current events… I understand that due to current events there will be a delay in customer service responses. However, I submitted a customer service request a month ago and no one has been in touch with me about initiating a return. It appears they are only accepting inquires via email. I would recommend having an automated mechanism for initiating a return if customer service is unable to attend to those customers for this long. I'm not sure how else to reach them.
