I placed an order on 7/9/17 and it is … I placed an order on 7/9/17 and it is 8/22 2017 have still to receive my products. Trusted the site as it seemed legit. They even sent an order confirmation/receipt right away so seemed legit. I've been waiting for almost 2 months. I called my credit card to report fraud and they started an investigation and gave me my money back. What a scam. Too good to be true.

I love the kylie lip kits that i have bought from the kylie website and wanted to get a few more for a discounted price. I also bought products from Kim Kardashian's line. I purchased on July 27th, 2017 and it is now August 18th, 2017 and i have recieved nothing! I'm mad i lost my money and truly disappointed that i got scammed and didn't receive products i paid for. I have never been scammed before so please trust me when i say buy from the source always, if you don't like the price then don't buy it.

Terrible customer service I placed an order for my product in late July, and have yet to receive my order yet. The company billed me immediately yet nothing has arrived, I have sent numerous emails to Grabcart customer service requesting updates on my order and its shipping status and NO ONE will contact me back regarding this order. I am now wanting to cancel my order and refund my money and am again unable to reach anyone on how to proceed. This is awful customer service, I will not be ordering through this company ever again.
