Reliable and Helpful Hubble Connected has been an important part of becoming new parents. Through our worries and anxieties the Hubble Connected services and monitor have kept us at ease and less worried about our napping baby for the last 10 months. The ankle monitor especially helped us sleep better through rough nights. We use and will continue to rely on our Hubble Connected products.

No customer service. Beware One of the cameras on the twin cloud we bought for our grandson stopped working. Customer service said the cameras were on back order and would ship soon. Never heard from them again. Weeks later they never respond. Warranty is almost up. Worst customer service out there. Do not buy. The monitor was very expensive. Beware. 0 out of 5. Also they only seem to have responded to positive reviews on this site?

Its convenient and easy. Its convenient. Like having a personal camera at home when you leave the house. I can pull the app up and watch what's going on the entire time. Haven't had any issues with it yet.

Service has gone downhill over the years We've used this service since our girl was a baby. Over the past couple of years, we've noticed the service go downhill as well as the options to download additional lullabies. When we first purchased the cameras, we had the option of downloading a plethora of additional stories and songs. Then, when we upgraded our cameras, we no longer were able to download additional songs or stories without paying for a subscription. The feed is clear, but the options we used to have, just by purchasing these expensive cameras, should be restored. There are many other cheaper options with more functions than this that you can have without paying for a subscription.

Do not recommend Do not recommend. Camera connectivity is always failing, I mean the point of it is to be able to see through the camera, but that's very frustrating when it won't even connect but says the camera is working. Not sure if it's an app problem. Or camera problem And then the monitor is always glitching and lagging behind and the battery does not last long at all.
