IEMy first BlackBerry phone was in 2016 My first BlackBerry phone was in 2016, a second-hand online model, then I brought a brand-new BB Classic, which looked great from sure.com. However, over the years less and less apps worked as technology and software were updated and the phone became a bad and costly investment. I brought my last BB Phone, the Key2 Lte online and this again was well overpriced, but as many of us globally like using the keypads, rather than touch screen, I didn't see much of a choice. When the news came out online about BB Phone no longer working due to end of production/software updates, etc. I was concerned I would have to buy another phone from another brand, but as my handset is run by 'android', it still works fine, and I have not experienced any issues so far. But I wouldn't ever buy another BB Phone! Also, if you go onto the BlackBerry website (if they actually still have one), they do not reply to messages, as I sent some in the past regarding product support and advice and never received a reply, so their customer service is non-existent, extremely poor, seeing as many of us pay a lot for their products and are loyal!

INWorst ever experience, they are unethical, unprofessional and impractical One of the worst experience, whether it is quality of product or the services offered. They sold me shoes worth 5000 bucks and condition of one show is fine and other one has come up with cracks within 2 hours. They don't even have sense to at least talk to customer even after writing a lot of mails. without understanding the problem they are simply denying that we cannot replace your product. Only reason that 30 days have passed from purchase even though product has not been used. Highly disappointed from Blackberry as a brand, sorry would rephrase "not better than roadside vendors" I would make sure that i do not buy even a single product from this company ever and neither would let anyone in my knowledge buy it. Worst ever experience, they are unethical, unprofessional and impractical people running this company.

DELoving my BlackBerry Passport I have yet used different phones and switched from my BlackBerry Z10 to a Passport in October and I'm loving it, I wouldn't want any other phone, there's no better OS than OS10 for messaging and surfing and the Passport battery is durable so that I don't need to charge daily. Thanks BlackBerry for releasing such a great device!

GBBlackberry Passport is 5 years ahead of all the rest Bought a black passport 3 years ago and still using it, then bought a red for a 2nd phone and bought family 2 sliver ones recently. Faultless, slick, endless battery power, easy to navigate, faster than my laptop on the internet and easy to type up letters and documents. Runs spotify and whatsapp and telegram and all the rest.
