Loving my BlackBerry Passport I have yet used different phones and switched from my BlackBerry Z10 to a Passport in October and I'm loving it, I wouldn't want any other phone, there's no better OS than OS10 for messaging and surfing and the Passport battery is durable so that I don't need to charge daily. Thanks BlackBerry for releasing such a great device!

Took a BlackBerry Keyone on contract and what a load of rubbish Took a BlackBerry Keyone on contract. The handset is slow, freezes and drops calls constantly. Sent it back to the repair centre who ran a diagnostics test and a repair. When I received it back there was absolutely no difference to it. Contacted BlackBerry again. After going back and forth with emails for over 2 weeks, asking me to take screen shot and down load diagnostics apps myself they want it back again. I requested a new handset as it was less than 6 months old when I first reported it, but I see no resolution to this. You have to question the quality of the product when my carrier no longer stocks BlackBerry products. I was told by a sales assistant in a phone shop they are not fit for purpose.. Stay clear and pay that little extra for quality built products.

NOT worth the money sadly! As far as the BlackBerry phone is concerned, I am satisfied with it. I currently have a Key2lte which works just fine, although well over priced at ￡400. I have previously owned the Classic and Text models. Sadly as too many apps stopped working on them, I had to replace them and this is my main complaint with BlackBerry as a mobile phone. Customer service isn't helpful, as you have to paid for certain services, as they are directed more at businesses than individual customers (hence why maybe they have gone down hill in sales), but also when you do find an email or postal address online, nobody bothers to reply!

Blackberry Passport is 5 years ahead of all the rest Bought a black passport 3 years ago and still using it, then bought a red for a 2nd phone and bought family 2 sliver ones recently. Faultless, slick, endless battery power, easy to navigate, faster than my laptop on the internet and easy to type up letters and documents. Runs spotify and whatsapp and telegram and all the rest.

i love the phones they can have a lot of problems but i would not have any other smart phone they have everything i need on one handset there not perfect but what smart phone is
