GBMy experience with Fleetr has not been… My experience with Fleetr has not been good. I am constantly having to restart the app to find my trucks. I have an iphone 13 so it's not an old phone or operating system, my desktop software not much better. I am in the field and need to use my phone to check on my trucks and their service is not doing that. Their tech assist is by email mainly which is not good for promptly solving issues. Checking trips I get an error message alot of times.I have tried 3 times in 4 months to deal with problems that we are experiencing and someone that is polite will call you sometimes a day later reconfirming what your problem is and says that they will turn it into the support department, but you never hear from them. I just want a reliable tracking software that doesn't require so much problem solving.
