Beware!!!. These people will outright steal your money and deliver nothing. Never order from a company that cannot give an actual tracking number for a shipped product. This site will process your card, and then send you a nice email giving you an "order number" and you will never receive the product. They will not provide you a tracking number as proof that the product was actually sent. Look at the customer comments. They are overwhelmingly negative for a reason. I suspect the few positive ones were written by the same person who stole my money.

SCAMMERS!! Don't give them your money!!! I ordered on Nov 25th. A month later I contacted "Jens" at customer service and requested a tracking number. They will not provide you with any tracking number. Instead Jens wrote we would resend my order. Well, it's now Jan 15th ans still have not received any product and again, they will not give you any tracking information. Because I paid with a debit card I'm probably just out the $50 because they will not refund.

Not worth the hassle I ordered, a month later, no delivery. They were very good following up, but when they sent again (to Australia) and it still didn't arrive, they refused to give me any tracking number or the name of the courier service they use. So I wasted $60. Then they just stopped replying to messages. Pointless and really sad after so many years of good service. They need tracking numbers!

Should have read the reviews first Initially Jens 'wanted to ensure my total satisfaction', but once I received my 'shipping notification', there has been no response to my emails and no package received. Clearly this site is a scam and all 'positive' reviews are by the site owners. Also, after reading reviews on a number of forums where people received products that burned their skin or made them sick, I'm glad I didn't receive anything.
