The only way they will respond is if I… The only way they will respond is if I leave a review!!!! I told the company I was moving and not to resend me a device as I won’t be there. I asked for refund after waiting months and months for delivery. I have now been emailing them for months and they will not refund me. I don’t know what to do about this company anymore.

2+months and still waiting for product... Who know, this might be a good product but 2 months later and $80 out of my pocket, I have nothing to show but a string of emails saying it has been shipped. If it will take over 2 months to receive the product, please be upfront about that

Fraudulent Company I wouldn’t even give them a one star rating. I sent the product back per their instructions. That was Jan 19, 2022. Tracking says product was received 1/24. As of today still no credit. I have had 27 emails with them and all I get is “I will check the status of your refund.” I have to initiate the email each time. This company is a fraud.

Love the flexibility and design… Love the flexibility and design capabilities using the app that is downloadable with the printer. The variables and options open for printing are more than I need and the portability of taking it where ever I go is perfect for leaving the old style printers behind. Good battery life and print quality and app was an easy download.
