My phone after three months was dead (probably due to battery problem), I sent it back and now it's been one month and a half that they are repairing it and giving me excuses all the time. Bottom line, 3 months without my phone. Unacceptable business from this "company"

poor excuses only Terrible experience with fastcardtech. In a nutshell: Ordered a Telephone, damage upon arrival, sent for repair, reports that repair is started and then nothing ... .. silence.. No respond to emails most of the time. But when I get a respond: poor excuses only. Still no phone.. Avoid this company at all costs. be warned: Fastcardtech are scammers
