GBNever Received Order I ordered a product on December 12th and still have not received my product as of today January 9th. I have called 6 times emailed to all their addresses no one ever answers the phone. They have my money and I have no product. After 2 weeks I started to worry even with Holiday mail I gave it plenty of time. No costumer service in fact as fare as I am concerned I have been ripped off completely. This Company will be reported to better business . Nobody should be ordering from this company. Very up set Janice Innella

GBBeware of this company I'm still waiting for a credit or product I ordered on 5/7/16. I did finally received one of the products after weeks of calling and emailing. But for the other product I have been told they would ship it and then told they would credit my card, but neither has happened after numerous calls and emails. Even reported to the BBB. Guess the only thing left is the Nevada Attorney General as someone suggested. Would like to give it a -5 Star.

Feedback: please keep customers informed on progress with steps in order process, tracking info, etc. Glad order has arrived! Thank you! ---------- Previously on 4/3/16: Made order last week (3/27/16). Appears to be sham: Sign#1. Received auto response but nothing since. Sign#2. Called customer service number and got an electronic voice advising me to leave a message and someone will call back. Looking at the below bad reviews, I see where this is going...

GBSCAM Ordered same item twice, never received it, couldn't get response from customer service. I should have known from the excruciatingly slow website that something was wrong. Fortunately, AMEX is now refunding my charges and filing a dispute on my behalf. (Also, I suspect that the non-zero reviews on this page are not genuine.)
