Thieves!!! My husband ordered a Rush Pinball Machine on 11/15/22. He paid over $10K for this machine! The expected delivery was to be in Feb. 2023. By April 2023, it still hadn't arrived, so I called to inquire about it. Was told to expect it in May 2023. By June 2023, it still hadn't arrived. I called again in July 2023 and requested a full refund because the ongoing delays were beyond ridiculous. It was at that point that I was told that it was "no longer available anyway" and that we would have our refund in 2 - 4 weeks. Never showed up. All calls placed to them are now going to voice mail and email responses are almost non-existent. In Nov. 2023, I filed a complaint with the BBB. They lied their way out of that one also. The last time we heard from them was Jan. 2024 stating it would be sent out in about 2 weeks. It's now March 2024 and we still haven't received it. All inquiries are going unanswered now. They're a bunch of thieves! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!
