GBWorst Customer Service Purchased the Gasland Chef Pro 30in. stainless steel cooktop with the griddle in December 2022 for my wife's Christmas gift. Unboxed and installed the cooktop and found two of the knobs damaged and scratched. They looked like they'd been dropped on a concrete surface and kicked around a bit. Immediately made a warranty request where it was 8 months before we received 2 replacement knobs. Unboxed them and brought them to the stove only to find they're not the right size. I reached out to the warranty department again and they said I should just use them. It's so sad to have a beautiful product at an amazing value with the worst customer service. I even warned them I was going to give them bad publicity. Almost one year later and still unresolved.
