So Done With Gettington I have been a Gettington customer for 6 years. Never a late payment and always paid more than the minimum. Recently I noticed my account balance was going down, but my monthly payment stayed the same. I called to find out why I was paying the same monthly payment on a $200 balance that I had been paying on a $2800 balance. I was told that if I bought something new my payment amount would go down. What? Is that even legal? Is that some strange, new accounting practice?? Once my balance reaches -0-, I am done with Gettington. Just another scam company.

Different billing address from primary residence I have not received products because everything went to my billing address... I made request for my buys to come to residence to no avail. My billing address is in another town and only gets picked up monthly. I have a FINGERHUT account and my shipping address is accepted as delivery point. I hope this is something that can be addressed because I will not shop with Gettington if I can't use my primary residence as my shipping address. Because of my husband's employment background we need a separate address for billing, I have never had a problem with this until now. Not happy with this at all.

Extremely surprised by products and prices I was pleasantly surprised by the selection, quality, and prices of the items that Gettington offers. The items that I purchased were the same price or cheaper then I had priced on other sites. One item I ordered was sold out on many other sites or too ridiculously high priced to consider but it was available on Getting to at a normal price. The delivery was faster then expected. I had my items in one to two days. I had received emails and seen ads for Gettington for months prior to ordering but was always a bit skeptical. I now wish I had checked them out sooner and saved myself a lot of headaches searching for items.

I could not give Gettington five stars… I could not give Gettington five stars because I ordered a storage cabinet and it didn’t come with the back panel to the cabinet. They sent me a replacement part which was supposed to be the back panel but instead they sent me a door to the cabinet but this storage cabinet did not require a door to it. So now I’m stuck with having to return this door back to Gettington and hopefully this time they will send me the right replacement part...the back panel !!!!!!!!!!

I started off purchasing clothing I started off purchasing clothing. While the shorts are great, the shirts are not good quality at all, and too high priced for them. The sewing was horrendous, and already unravelling after a couple of washes, and hanging to dry. Other non-clothing products were in great condition. My only other complaint is the constant emails reminding me a payment is due by a certain date, and threats of late fees. One, it took forever for them even to post a due date (I checked daily), and two, one reminder is sufficient. I paid it a couple of days early, which I planned for in my budget. So, would appreciate less reminders and less junkmail in general.
