ITBad product quality Bought Creative Outliers Air (first edition) thourgh their online store and I had to request a replacement due to frequent connection and disconnection problems. An year of use of the replacement after, same problems persists, plus the button cover came out. The replacement is not on warranty anymore, even tough it had just a year of life. Stay away from this brand

GBWant quality that lasts? AVOID Creative My dad bought me the Creative iRoar Speaker as a birthday present during lockdown but after 3yrs, all of a sudden it would no longer hold a charge and often shuts down due to saying its overheated when not even warm. I contacted Creative, they gave me 2 "fixes" which didn't work, after going back they then saw it wasn't within 2yrs and thats that, tough luck. So the moral of the story is, if you want a product thats going to last long, avoid Creative.

DKZiiSound D5 poor quality! I bought the Creative ZiiSound D5 two years ago and it's already defect. It simply stopped functioning one day. When I contacted customer service, they told me that there's nothing they can do about defected products after the warranty has exceeded. At more than €300 this is incredibly poor quality of the product and poor customer service. Don't buy the ZiiSound!

GBRipoff artists Is there a negative - 1 star. Same complaint as most. Get your credit info , then do NOTHING. Ordered a dog bed , they immediately charged my credit card info , but no sign of it being sent , no tracking numbers etc. After many complaints they have started getting pissy in their replies. Hope AMEX has my back ? I also blame PayPal for being connected with them. Never has the saying " Let the buyer beware" rang so true

GBDo not EVER buy direct from Creative Labs I recently ordered an audio related bluetooth dongle from Creative Labs. It took several days to arrive. It didn't work as advertised on their site and caused compatibility issues with my non-audio bluetooth devices. Upon attempting to return it, I was told that this was not considered a device issue and that any return would be on my dime. When I complained about this (there was clearly an issue with device compatibility despite what their site says) I was told "We will take this as a feedback. Rest assured that all the feedback are looked into as we strive to improve our customer's experience with us. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused." So I had to pay $11 to return a $39.00 item. My thoughts: Creative doesn't stand behind their products, doesn't care about customers and their customer service is a joke. This is what I get for buying direct instead of going through Amazon.
