Rip off!! I sent my HTC to this company in their free post envelope, and because they stated they would give me £37, the next day i had an email saying my phone had excessive wear and tear and they would only give me £22! My phone had no wear and tear, so i declined their offer and asked for it to be sent back, but i had to pay £4.95 on my card there and then to get my phone! WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN BEWARE

Wish I saw this before I posted!!! I sent my phone off on Thursday 14th November but my account is still saying pack sent to customer. I'm really not happy that they sent me the pack out to quickly post back but this apparent scam has been going on for months!! To a previous comment, if people go down there they get paid? do they really get paid??
