NLVery Good service and afterservice! Good service and quality, I missed 2 cases in my package but they send it afterwards. Good company! Goede service en goede kwaliteit, ik miste 2 hoesjes, maar die hebben ze nog nageleverd. netjes

NOBad product and no response from customer service I ordered and paid, and received an order confirmation mail shortly after. I received the cover, but it didn't fit. I've e-mailed them several times and sent many messages via offline chat option, but I never got any response. I have opened a case via PayPal, and will hopefully at least get a refund.

GBCrap product, crap customer service! I recently ordered a phone case for my Samsung Galaxy 4S mini. The case took 4 weeks to arrive by which time I had to get an alternate. When it finally arrived, it didn't fit! I immediately contacted customer service with a photo clearly showing that there was a problem. After a couple of days of no response, I wrote back again. This time there was a response but with a request I now send a video to show them the issue!!! I have never heard of anything so ridiculous from a customer service department, especially over a cheap phone case. I have thrown away the case and will never be doing business with TraitTech again.

GBHARD WORK Goods arrived damaged and accessories missing. Goods were 40USD. Would not send new goods and offered 4USD refund. It cost me more than that to buy the bits that were missing. They are not interested in discussing further. my advice DO NOT USE
