AUDo yourself a favour, avoid these cowboys like the COVID! The only reason they get any stars is because the person on the online chat actually replied to me. I cancelled my order because it took them 4 days to do precisely nothing after taking my money. (Order processing for the entire time although their site claims that items which are in stock at Mwave process within 24hrs.) Do yourself a favour, go to Scorptech instead, slightly more expensive, but at least you know they will stick to their their word. Avoid these cowboys like the COVID!

AUSelling Used Product AS NEW ONE! BAD BAD BAD I recently made a purchase on their online site. they provided with second hand item that had hair inside. i made full payment however the product arrived as a used/ or tested product that was definitely not new. reported them to accc. never again Mwave.

AUExtremely poor customer service. Will not buy here again. Firstly I will start to by saying that their processing time stated on their website is a lie. "Less than 24 hours" basically means it takes them 24 business hours to process. Thus, 3 or 4 days. I found this a bit confusing as I had thought that the way that is stated is just false. When I sent them an enquiry they haven't responded. It is four business days later. I would have liked to receive some sort of response, but none has been received. If you want to buy from a place that has decent prices and non-existent customer support, this is the place for you.

AUIncompetence runs rampant at this company. I used to buy a lot of items from mwave in the past. However bad customer service, business procedures and wait times have taken it's toll. I will never recommend mwave again and would much rather pay a premium to another company that values it's customers. To put things into perspective it took mwave staff over 45 minutes to retrieve a mouse that I had bought. This trend is also not a one off.

AUWay too slow and scummy restocking… Way too slow and scummy restocking policy Ordered online, every part was listed as in-stock, ordered for in-person pickup. 2 days later, no communication, no reply to ticket, order _still_ isn't ready, half the parts as still 'unallocated'. Was going to cancel the order and get it elsewhere, when I find they want to charge a 20% (!) re-stocking policy for all the 'allocated' parts (Note: these parts have never left their warehouse, but they still want to charge 20% to cancel an undelivered order!) Learned my lesson: Will have to continue waiting for this one, but never again. I recommend other people take their business to places that have less scummy policies and don't lie about parts clearly not being in-stock.
