GBThey just don't ever respond. I've contacted them twice no with no response. They sent an initial order confirmation about 2 weeks ago, but the product I tried to purchase is now listed as out of stock. I haven't been charged yet, which I guess is good, but I can't even get them on their chat support, which is constantly unavailable, even during their normal business hours. The second email I sent them just bounced as undeliverable. Maybe they're just out of business and they haven't taken their site down yet.

GBTotal waste of time Ordered my items August 30, 2016 and heard back from them on September 18 saying my product was out of stock. Major scammers avoid at all costs.

GBScam, please avoid! I've never had this terrible of an experience with any online merchants, EVER! I placed an order on April 8th 2014 for items to take overseas on a business trip 3 weeks later. The item showed as "In Stock" online and I figured the items would arrive before my trip per their shipping policy: "Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days however some orders may have a longer processing time. In the event that an item is backordered, or any other issue arises you will be contacted as soon as possible." A month go by and I still have not heard anything from customer service. After contacting them on May 6, regarding the status of my order, I was informed the item was "out of stock" but they did get some in that day and will ship out asap. Well, thank you for letting me know "as soon as possible" per your shipping policy. This isn't the end however. Another month go by and I still do not receive any updates. On June 4th, I contacted customer service again demanding to speak to a supervisor/manager. I was informed via email they were not sure what happened and that a partial refund of the shipping will be issued and the item will be shipped that day. No, this isn't the end either. Another week goes by without any communication from customer service and finally I get a notice the items have shipped, 2 MONTHS AFTER MY ORDER DATE. I still have not received my partial shipping refund.

GBItem listed in stock, but mysteriously out of stock after order. After viewing several complaints about this company I became worried about my order as well. Has been 6 days & have received no tracking info. Item was in stock when order placed, & was listed as in stock yesterday which I took a timed screen shot of. Today after following the advice of others I contacted 'some one' by way of live chat from this companies site. Got the same response as others. A quick apology that the item had suddenly went on back order but is now back in stock & within 24 to 48 more hrs I should finally have a tracking order. I feel I will get what I purchased but would not recommend ordering from this site unless you're really in no hurry for what can be found at other sites for only a few dollars more & at your door a whole lot sooner than next month.

GBRIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT buy from these people!!!!!!!! I placed an order on 1/27/14. I have sent NUMEROUS emails to them. The website says "In Stock" on the item we ordered for our company and were now at 3/5/14. They send me a tracking number which is invalid, still no date of when it "supposedly" shipped!! This place is ridiculous and not trust worthy do NOT buy from them!!!!!!! I only gave them 1 star because ZERO was not available!
