GBThe order hadn't shipped after 15 days The order hadn't shipped after 15 days. Repeated phone calls resulted in the same response, "delay is the result of technical issues". I was given various ship dates, but none were realized. Customer Service does NOT exist. They DO NOT care.

GBOut $200 When I requested a return label for a $200 reconditioned Sharp robot vacuum that didn't work well, they sent a return label for a $50 reconditioned Sharp stick vacuum I had bought seven months before. After twenty-seven polite and clear communications over a two month period(not an exaggeration) explaining their error, neither Woot nor Amazon, could grasp the concept. It seems I am out $200. What a royal pain-in-the-patootie. Last time I buy through Woot (not that they'll notice).

GBWorst Customer Service I've purchased through Woot before and had ok experience. Unfortunately, I recently purchased a t-shirt that ended up being slightly too small. I emailed to see if I could exchange size and NO. WOOT DOES NOT ALLOW SIZE EXCHANGES! What poor business and customer service. I want to support artists, but Woot DOES NOT. I will never buy from WOOT again. My money will never support another designer because Woot DOES NOT support their DESIGNERS or their customer. Poor upcoming artists. Woot lied to you.

GBDisgusting company, people and processes Sent me wrong product and incorrect product was in absolutely disgusting, disease ridden nasty shape, then offered me a partial refund to keep it to offset their return shipping cost. Ruined my Valentine's day surprise with false promises. Atrocious quality, people, processes. Do not shop here. Protect yourself from these fraudsters. It's been ~2 weeks and I'm still fighting to get my money back.

GBFewer Discounts and the Woot Monkey Nonsense As a Prime member, I've purchased plenty of items via Woot and received free shipping. As I write this in April 2022, however, Woot's discount prices are increasingly rare. Some nearly identical items are more expensive than on Amazon, often without accompanying reviews. Today, a whole page of "gardening" items was shockingly pricey -- items such as garden gnomes, rain-drip chains and bags of flower bulbs, the latter of which Home Depot offers for a cheaper cost. I was willing to endure the Woot monkey nonsense for potential discounts, but low prices are increasingly rare.
