GBI bought a iPhone 15 pro max leather… I bought a iPhone 15 pro max leather case and it was poor quality and I didn’t feel it would protect my phone if I accidentally dropped it, so I returned it (5 minutes after I opened it) they said a $5 fee would be deducted so when I got a refund of much less than $5 less I was surprised. Turns out they then itemize everything and you pay quite a bit shipping for the item to you and apparently 5$ for the return so $12-13 charge for me to test out an inferior product. Don’t waste your time with them buy on Amazon where you can read and write reviews

GBPhone case rubber was of poor quality… Phone case rubber was of poor quality and started to disintegrate and also damage my iPhone (caused pitting of metal) after a couple of years of use. Products look attractive and well made but they are not built to last.. which ironically seems to be their USP. Poor customer service.

GBWorst experience ever Worst experience ever. Ordered an Apple Watch band in November, still haven’t received it and standard customer service response is “we will notify you when it ships”. Cancelled the order today. I should have read the reviews prior to buying. Avoid this company at all costs.

GBGreat Looking Watch Band I purchased the leather Modern Band (not the Horween leather). My first impression was that this looked really good. The style is perfect for dressing up for work and social events. I just received this so I cannot comment on the durability. It will be interesting to see how well it stands up to daily use. The band shipped quickly and connected easily. I gave it 4 stars because I need to see how this holds up over the next 3-6 months of wear.

GBHorrible quality for the price and abysmal customer service Nomad not only took forever to ship something that was supposed to be "expedited shipping" by cancelling shipments but the item was of poor quality and defective on arrival. There seems to be issues of QC and tolerances which is unacceptable for such expensive items. Support team takes forever to reply if they reply at all. Don't do business with them!
