I also got scammed I also got scammed. I was told I would be refunded, but nothing yet. It has been well past 1-3 business days. If you're reading this, gizxea, I will be filing a report and pressing charges. Edit: I just got the refund, two weeks later. Still a sh-tty way to run a business.

Refund not showing up The send me an email saying that they are refunding my purchase, not even refunding the total value. I have not gotten the refund. I can't even contact them. Total scam Edit: It has been a week and still no refund

Poor experience Told me they needed to wait for stock, then cancelled and claimed they had refunded. Stopped answering emails. Did not receive refund. Update: I have not received a refund yet, and the website is still down. I will update this if I do receive the refund. Edit July 08: It took a while, but I did receive a refund.

Update 7/7/20 I have no idea what is going on. I got an email saying my order was cancelled, though I didn’t cancel it. The website is down, the phone number is disconnected. What happened to this merchant? I don’t have a refund for the $330 I paid for a Switch. Definitely a scam. UPDATE 7/7/20. I received a refund on my credit card account for $320, which is $10 less than I paid, but at least it's a refund. I just read the company's response. The lack of communication during this entire thing is concerning. While I appreciate that they had issues with their supplier and their website provider, they needed to communicate that to their customers rather than just cancelling the orders with no explanation. Also, I'm still short $10. Overall, the experience was frustrating, but I'll raise my rating by one star.
