GBIf I could give them no stars I would If I could give them no stars I would. Do not use this company!! The description for unlock code states 1 to 7 business days. When the code did not show up within that time frame, I was told by customer service that per the terms of service, it takes 1 to 14 business days. Today is the 14th business day and I received an email that says code not found! WTH??? All they could offer to fix this was refunding my money and wanted me to resubmit a new order. Worst customer service as they do not offer real solutions, cannot track your order and by the answers they provide, do not care one bit about providing good service.

AUJust Don't. Other reviews confirm my experience, i was lucky my transaction failed, this and the irregularities in the purchase, led me to believe they would not deliver the requested item, and delay refund in the hope I would abandon asking, of forget... now they are attempting to remove this post for lack of detail and because i didnt buy (my transaction luckily failed) so others are not warned about it.. BEWARE!!!
